Case Study: Friends in Concert

Goal

To manage and promote Friends in Concert, a unique musical production led by TM Krishna, with the aim of driving a full house of engaged audiences and creating a lasting impact on the arts community. The event sought to bring together 13 musicians for the first-time, creating an extraordinary experience for the audience and setting a new benchmark in musical collaborations.


The Work

As the arts management partner, ArtSpire led a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on audience engagement and event awareness, specifically targeting music enthusiasts and arts supporters.

  1. Marketing Campaign: Developed a targeted campaign to raise awareness among relevant audiences, positioning Friends in Concert as an unmissable event in Chennai’s arts calendar.

  2. Content Creation: Collaborated with Creative Producer Rithvik Raja to design compelling visual content, enhancing promotional materials and establishing a cohesive and engaging event aesthetic.

  3. Event Promotion: Engaged the community through social media, email newsletters, and partnerships, boosting visibility and building excitement in the weeks leading up to the concert.

  4. Audience Management: Strategized ticketing and seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for the packed 1400-seat auditorium. ArtSpire also arranged surprise performances during intermission, ensuring high audience return rates after the interval.

  • Housefull show at the Music Academy an auditorium of 2400 seats

  • 90% of the audience returned after the interval, a testament to ArtSpire's success in bringing the right kind of audience engagement and providing a memorable experience.
